Every new ZERK member grows the collective membership revenue. Sixty percent flows into the shared partner pool and is divided equally across participating facilities.

Creators help bring the ZERK experience to life. Creator Pass connects selected individuals with partner facilities for a controlled first release.
A chance to explore, create and help shape what comes next. We start with approved creators and participating facilities, then use what we learn to develop the wider member experience.
Facilities can nominate. ZERK approves, issues and manages every pass—including credits, expiry and revocation.

ZERK and the facility agree which services are included, how entry is validated and any local access rules.

Nominate a creator
A partner facility can recommend someone it trusts, or ZERK can identify a suitable creator. A nomination does not grant access.

Review and approve
ZERK reviews suitability for the pilot and keeps the approval decision consistent across the network.

ZERK defines the approved facilities, Studio Credit allowance, start date, expiry and any sharing permission.

Activate and access
The creator accepts the pilot rules and uses the ZERK app at participating facilities. The facility validates each visit by the supported method.

Learn and manage
Facilities can raise concerns or request removal. ZERK can adjust, pause, expire or revoke the pass and uses pilot feedback to prepare the member release.
